During the last weekend in January (Saturday January 30th - Monday February 1st 2010) there will be changes to some bus services across South Yorkshire. New Monday to Friday service partly replacing First 70A. Departing Gleadless, Town End at 0510 and running via Manor Top, Darnall, Staniforth Road, Attercliffe, Broughton Lane, Shepcote Lane, Tinsley to Meadowhall Interchange.

Journeys operated by T M Travel as service 3 will now operate as service 4 to a slightly revised timetable.

New Monday to Friday service to be operated by Sheffield Community Transport partially replacing the M22. The route followed from Sheffield is as the present M22 as far as Ellesmere Road and then Earldom Street, Petre Street, Botham Street, Cyclops Street, Margate Drive, Whiteways Drive, Whiteways Road, Earl Marshall Road, Rushby Street, Owler Lane, rejoining the existing M22 route at Wensley Street. The first departure from Arundel Gate will be at 0805 and hourly until 1605 then 1715. From Firth Park, Sicey Avenue the first journey departs at
0732, 0832, 0942 and at 42 minutes past each hour until 1642.

Monday to Saturday early morning, evening and all Sunday journeys will now be operated by TM Travel. Service 6A operates via Shepcote Lane to Tinsley. TM Travel journeys will not operate via Poole Road.

Some Monday to Friday evening and all day Sunday journeys between Sheffield Arundel Gate and Darnall will be operated by TM Travel. The timetable is subject to revision to coordinate with service 1 on Prince of Wales Road.

10/10A Sheffield Community Transport
Manor Park Manor Park
Buses operating anticlockwise, for example those departing from Upperthorpe towards Crookes and Manor Park Centre towards Skye Edge, will now be renumbered 10A. There will be an additional service 10 departure from Newfield Green, Gleadless Medical Centre at 0808 terminating at Upperthorpe, Post Office at 0850. The last service 10A departure will be from Upperthorpe, Post Office at 2005 terminating at Broadfield Road, Saxon Road at 2032.
